Once again, thanks to Anonymous Friend for bringing it to our attention that a permit was filed today for Project 340 by Universal.
The permit does not specify what Project 340 is, but the number has been thrown around by insiders, such as HateToFly from Orlando United, as the project number for a new King Kong attraction rumored to be coming to Islands of Adventure.
Engineering permits are filed to do site preparations and related work. Universal should be filing building and demolition permits soon. It is fun to finally see movement on this future project!
